Two executives in your team of 10 are on scheduled offs and two other guys called you up for leave. How would you handle the call volume on a normal day?

It's a really horrible condition but please make sure that you understand the reason why the other two are calling you for leave might be they might have strucked with some important work at home/might be ill so if you find that the reason they give is not so serious try to convince them in such a way that there presence for that day can make a huge difference in the work completed and let them understand how important they are for the process. I believe that if any person is shown his importance definately he would be motivated.
