Hello friend Sriram, Answer will be always Cousin that is, answer explanation is my mothers husband - my father - his father in law means my mothers father and his son means my uncle and his child means my cousin

Cousin.

"my grandfathers son can also be my father or his brother and not the cousin"

My father cannot be the son of his father-in-law, otherwise it would not have that "in law" suffix.  Thus my grandfather's son must be my uncle and his child would therefore be my cousin.
