BA conduct meetings by preparing a set of questions to ask the non-technical business users to extract user requirements out of them.  DONT mention any technological terms

Also use visual aids such as use case diagrams and prototypes, and tell stories instead of very specific questions, and the business users would feel more comfortable answers the questions and provide you with requirements.
