We have 2 KFF in AR.
1. Sales tax KFF and
2. Territory KFF
We dont have Customer KFF in AR.

Customer Territory KFF is owned by receivables. Receivables provides a default structure for this KFF.You can define up to twenty segments for this structure in the Key Flexfield Segments window

1) SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR -->APPLICATION-->FLEXFIELD-->KEY
2) Search for Application "Receivables"
3) Click on Segments.
Once you have defined your Territory Flexfield segments, you need to define value sets
for these segments and assign it to them.

1) SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR -->APPLICATION-->Validation-->Set
Add values to the value set:

1) SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR -->APPLICATION-->Validation-->Values
2)Search for the value set defined
3) Add values

Receivables does not provide any default value sets. Next, you need to navigate to the Territories window ( Receivables Super User-->Setup -->Transactions-->Territories to create your Territory Flexfield) combinations. The Territory Flexfield does not allow dynamic insert, so you must ensure that you have defined all of your flexfield combinations before you assign them.
