You must have a primary key in one table and foreign key in the other table.  You can then go to relationship view window.  Bring both tables in the grid.  connect both PK and FK.  dblclick on the connected line and set your ref integrity.

When  you are creating relationship between two tables , for e.g. We have two table (1Receipt Line item) (2 Sales Receipt)  we join the field Receipt number from table (1Receipt Line item) to  field Receipt Number in the Table (2 Sales Receipt) As soon as it done we have edit Relationship dialog box pop up, & we can check the relationship One to Many , you have option Enforce Referential Integrity (enforcing referential integrity means that you cannot change one piece of date without changing another)  click the option and its done.   Saurav
