QA Analyst monitoring the entire testing process.And uses metrics to measure the software quality .where QA tester validates any particular software or application is working correctly according to specifications or not .QA analyst work is oriented to prevention coming to QA tester work is oriented to detection.

QA Analysts is the professional who is solely responsible for the process undertaken in PLC the Job of QA analyst starts from the start of the project to its kick off but QA tester handles testing part of the project...any new ideas are welcomed

QA analyst who monitors and engages himself in the entire developemnt and progress of a project and also makes sure the it is in accordance to the quality complianceqa tester who is involved in the fixing the bugs and makes sure that a programs error free
