there are four groups of talbes in PS.1. Installation table(1 for the entire database)2. Permission lists preferences tables()3. Control tables (fourteen)4. Transaction tables (3)

PS HRMS is table based system where all common informations are store in a centralized repository. This helps in maintaining integrity and reduce data redundancy.

The central tables of PS-HRMS are
1) Control Tables : All tables with setid as key. Helps in data sharing and restriction

2) Transaction Tables: Tables with BUSINESS_UNIT field (Job, Person, Employment etc...)

3) Foundation Tables: Main tables like Company,Department, Business Units, locations etc ... (This could comprise control tables also)
