Hi all!How to create a regular experssion of MSW_id in the description? My problem is sometimes WinRunner recognizes the same object with different IDs, so the script stops. Thx!

Hi,You cannot change the MSW_Id, MSW_Class as its constant for any type of the object..The workaround for this is.check the object class in the gui confguration, remove MSW_ID from the list of the orbitary property.and add any other property to uniquely recognize the object.

MSW_ID is unique id . It doesn't change. You select index selector, so that it gives the unique identification of that object.
