By using the above query it is just displaying the text as an output. How to edit it and save it?

Copy that text from user_source as well as the procedure name. Then use that code and write Create or replace in the first line. Change whatever u want inside the code.

From sql*plus we can use commands to change the code.we can append,insert or delete any line of code in a procedure.
