While attaching HR responsibility to user, Why we have attach our Business Group against HR Security Profile at both site level and responsibility?

We give Business Group name while defining Security Profile through local HR responsibility.Business Group name is required because in this way we are restricting to this business:

- Organization Hierarchy belonging to this business will be visible,hence providing security business group wise

- profile option name "HR:Business Group" is enabled while attaching responsibility to Security profile.
