How you created you test scripts 1) by recording or 2) programming?

Programming. I have done complete programming only, absolutely no recording.

Ans :  
Without recording, its unable to generate test script in TS Language in WR.

By using a combination of both recording and insertion of additional commands/functions using function generator.This is because reading the logical name of each object in each window takes a lot of time, so I would first allow Winrunner to learn all objects, then record actions and then execute test cases for various aspects.

   We can create the script using both Recording or by programming

using recording it will gives lot of problems

its better to go for programming ...

Test scripts can be created by both recording & programming. 

In programming : We manually write the scripts
In Recording: Once you record an object the coressponding script will be shown.
