How can i upgrade my test director version ?

Buy the latest version from HP (It is free if you are already under support agreement). Migrate it to the new version. A migration tool is provided for you to migrate (But if your TD version is older i.e before 8.0 sp2 then you might first need to upgrade to the 8.0 version and then to the later version.
