accordin to me !
ok... accordin to me it will reach at say 6 am local time... or before 6 am.. logically.. both points are opposite to each other... so exactly 12hours diff.. after 8 hours for the 10 PM place it will be 6 am.. now that assumin speed of plane etc not given.. it will be there at 6 am... else it will be there before 6 am ! i think its correct... if any mistakes pls do correspond !
