You can use Normalizer transformation to transform the rows into columns.

1)Sequence generates only numeric values as sequence but not char or date whereas in other tools like OWB they can generate sequence of Date also

2)Sometimes an element that occurs multiple times is a set of the same elements containing different values
If you have this type of element in your XML source and you decide to treat the occurrences as separate columns in the source definition, you can use a method called pivoting. Pivoting enables you to treat occurrences of elements as columns in a group.

3)Use Normalizar transformation to change the rows into columns

           I agree with u, can u explain me 3rd answer i.e to convert row to columns using Normalizer transformation.  plz
