This was a question in TechMahindra (formerly MBT). The interviewer took a paper and drawn 2 text boxes...

       Name       

         PWD         

and asked to write test case on it...

I replied...

1. How sure is the customer that he opened the correct application, as there is no label on it?

2. What does PWD stands for, password or present working date or present working directory.

3. There is no information about what is this application all about.

Hi Here i just mentioned some cases for above question.. ( which mentioned by ravi)Gui test cases are 1) Test for alignments 2) Test for availability 3) Spell checking 4) Look and FeelEx: In above ex, we can test the availability of text boxes and etc...Note: Ravi, we are not answered like this.. Change your attitute.. Sorry if u hearted..Coz we finally satisfies the interiviewer.
