hI,

i am trying to use a flat file and using oracle table as a lookup. when i try to debug its advising invalid mapping. can anyone please help me with this.

i also wrote the condition in the lookup as custid=custid.

the same is working if i have my source as oracle table.

You please check with the datatypes if matching.

I checked the datatype and precisions also...everything is same, but still i am not able to debug

i wonder why the same is working if i have oracle as my source

The sme is working with Relational target.

Then, the problem lies only with the source.

So, Nayana.. you please again confirm for the existence of the file at the defined location and pre-view the data.

If it is still not working, then anybody would definitely like to know the schenario with full details.
