test strategy contains the object and approach to testing requirements.(test cases)...someone plz let me know whether iam correct or not.

within those levels for an organisation or programme (one or more projects).

It is company level document prepared by Quality Analyst.

Testing strategy defines testing approach which is followed by the testing team.
