1) It is called SAP GUI( Graphical User Interface)2)R/3 System ? for client/server architectures, distributed applications among multiple computer levels, providing integrated handling of all business routines in accounting, logistics, and human resources management. R/3 is a multilayer Internet architecture with an open three-tier approach: presentation, application, and database layers ---- This is not my definition,,taken from some google page.---3) If you are working in an Annuity company . You can site an example of a test case like this:Description: To test that a transaction where money goes out , processed in the business application produces a check in SAP and the amount matches.Step No Step Description Expected Result1 Setup a withdrawal on the Annuity policy Withdrawal is setup and successfully processed after the cycle.2 Log on to SAP and fetch the SAP Easy access page Logon successful and SAP Easy access page is displayed3 Click on the 'view checks' link "View checks page is displayed with the options to enter the spool request number , check number and the user id"4 "Enter the spool request number,check number and theuser id and click on 'Submit' link" "The spool request number, check number and the user id are entered and the check is displayed with the details of the payee,Gross and Net amounts and Date."5 "Compare the Gross and Net amounts in the Front Office and the check produced" "Both the Gross and Net amounts in Front Office and Check produced by SAP should match"
