hi u can do project on pavement managment system, Road asset managment system. u can relate GIS in civil engg. projects..u can make Virtaual city with 3D modelling....watershed managment u can do....its depend upon ur intrest...

Hi Kumar, Doing a Project in GIS is a gud option for you along with Transportation.You can find Gud oppurtunities for GIS People,ALong with GIS you better Do Primavera n other Softwares.. too
