I have a good knowledge on Testing,SQL server and Oracle databases.I am interested in Database testing.Can any one suggest me about how to launch myself into database testing.Thanks in Advance.

To get into database testing you need to have the following basic requirement.
1) Good understanding of complex queries
2) Good understanding of stored procedures
3) you should be efficiently able to use any one of these DBA tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer etc
4) you must have good understanding capability of ER Diagrams and DB Diagrams to understand database schema models.
5) Some basic theory part on database and database design fundamentals

Rate yourself on above factors on 1 -10 scale and if you exceed 6+ then you are good to go for database testing.
