Hai frnds! I attended infosys exam conducted in vizag. So I would like to share the paper. I am sending them with answers, so it would help some of them.Nearly 400 ppl wrote the exam and 35 were short listed for interview of which 31 r selected, I was 1 among them.Coming to puzzles, all r repeated ones, ok I1 might not hav chance to go thru all, but u can clear them, I could solve 9/10. its not a cake walk for me , bcoz in first 5 min I couldn’t solve the Q’s I attempted, that ages one I missed data. Later I got them, so don’t get tensed. Solve shakunthaladevi 2 books very well.. first them, then prev papers, u get idea of how to solve. 1) Consider a pile of Diamonds on a table. A thief enters and steals 1/2 of th e total quantity and then again 2 extra from the remaining. After some time a second thief enters and steals 1/2 of the remaining+2. Then 3rd thief enters and steals 1/2 of the remaining+2. Then 4th thief enters and steals 1/2 of the remaining+2. When the 5th one enters he finds 1 diamond on the table. Find out the total no. of diamonds originally on the table before the 1st thief entered. U can make mistakes.INTERVIEWThis is useful only for those who r hav just entered 4th year and wrote exam.I hav paper pres, mini proj summer jobs etc. imagine he dint even asked for my resumeeMy % was pretty low 67.8%. first he posed me Q on my percentage why it was so low (in +2 I got 95 ) I answered but not that convincing,He said if u deliver just 68 for 100, then when I give u atask how can u succeed, I said I give 110% of my effort so I achieve atleast 99% results ( he was impressed)Hobbies I said traveling he asked me to talk for 1 min abt Aruku, hillstation. I managed(this is a must Q JAM get ready for this)coming to puzzles 1) matchsticks that 4 equilateral triangles, ans is pyramid 4 right angle triangles gav a spring with a ring in it, I know it would come out cant do it in that moment try it it will come out.I am frm mechanical why did I choose it?
