Hi, I am using WinRunner 8.01 with Java Addin. It does not recognize the Java Applet. As no code is generated in WinRunner when a object is selected on the Applet. Thank you

1. Try verifying the the add-in version and the classes it supports with the java version for the application. Usually the mercury web site shall list any such updates. If a download patch is required for your case, then it can be ordered from mercury.
2. To save some time, try mapping the applet to one of the standard classes available in WinRunner. (Configuring the
GUI map).
3. Last option is you may want to try using the virtual object wizard. (Though it has a high failure rate and is best avoided).
