2)If a person wants to switch from Development to TestingThis is an easier one to answer, You can say that because your background is in Development and you perform a certain level of Unit Testing, you have developed a skills around Testing and it comes as a second nature to me. Also, it would be benificial for a company such as yours to hire me as a Tester because of the simple fact that I can relate to Developers better than a Tester that doesn't have the Development skills, this is simply because you already know the dilemma faced by Developers and are also aware of the Tiff (arguments) between Developers and Testers1)If a person wants to switch from Testing to DevelopmentIt is difficult to go from Testing to Development, as far as I know, unless you have exceptional skills...and can prove that you are good at developing...and unfortunately I can't answer it. Sorry
