If 1st digit holds no. of 1's, 2nd digit holds number of 2's ...... and 10th digit the number of zeros, then the ans would be1000000008here first digit tells , we have onle single 1 in the number and the last digit tells we have 8 zeros in the number.Cheers!!!!

ans : 1000000008

1st digit - number 1...says there are only one 1(number)

2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th,9th digit - number 0....says that there r zero number of 2's,3's......9's

10th digit- number 8...says that there are 8 number of zeros

this solves the problem

I think the number should be "1111111111". Becuase the number is having all digits i.e 0 to 9.And in 10 digit number all digits are repeated once only. Hence answer could be justified in this way
