If 1st digit holds no. of 1's 2nd digit holds number of 2's ...... and 10th digit the number of zeros then the ans would be1000000008here first digit tells we have onle single 1 in the number and the last digit tells we have 8 zeros in the number.Cheers!!!!

I think the number should be 1111111111 . Becuase the number is having all digits i.e 0 to 9.And in 10 digit number all digits are repeated once only. Hence answer could be justified in this way
