1) I want to Know which mapping properties can be overridden on a Session Task level.
You can override any properties other than the source and targets. Make sure the source and targets exists in ur db if it is a relational db. If it is a flat file, you can override its properties. You can override sql if its a relational db, session log, DTM buffer size, cache sizes etc.

2)Know what types of permissions are needed to run and schedule Work flows
You need execute permissions on the folder to run/schedule a workflow. You may have read and write. But u need execute permissions as well.

Hi,

You can override any property like pre-session, post-session and SQL query in SQT and like any other trans in the mapping except SGT (sequence Generator Trans) You cannot overide the properties of SGT in session level.
