Surplus. I think government prepares only statement of utilization and that does not contain any surplus.

Surplus. I think government prepares only statement of utilization and that does not contain any surplus.

My understanding is that the Cost is a part of Income Statement.It is not shown in the Balance Sheet.Shakil

I think that govt. doesn't prepare a balance sheet

I think Surplus Government uses all the resources for society.

I think it is cost because it is a part of trading or profit & loss account
