I am working on Informatica.I am interested to learn Abinitio.Please help me to find some stuff which helps me to start.
I am not understanding where to start... please guide me.. I have got abinitio gde 2.1 version.

There is no such a version like 2.1,The latest version of GDE is 1.15

The Latest version of GDE is 1.15 only,but where u got 2.1 version.

Hi...the version you are saying is not existed...anyhow you can learn AB Initio by using help.provided your shell scripting concepts are clear

Even I was interested in working with AbInitio but was confused on version.

What is GDE stand for?  whan i was talking to a friend he mentioned working with  AbInitio 2.6  ( and not GDE 2.6)  .. is that correct ?

hey , it could be co>OS version. 2.x.

not GDE version.

GDE >Graphical design environment

Its good to tell u that we have Abinitio training in Version-IT istitute in ameerpet,Hyderabad.I think he is the only faculty who is training this tool.he is good,we trained from him ,duration is 13 working days,and fee is 4000.
