Hi, I am working as journalist in electronic media. I want to shift over to BPO/Call centres because I want to make more money. I am strong in 2 areas. One journalism and the other communication sklls. So I think its time to bank on my communication skills.. your suggstion please

my dear friend please dont move in to the call centers. It is good for few years not for a long time. If you are looking for the long term jobs. Better go in feilds like web content writing in the companies like NEWs, Big Online shopping. There u will get alot of money once you get into a big companies who are maintaining websites.

Its my suggestion.

BPO/Call centres is not a right option for your to make a switch.As you have specified you are strong in journalism and communication skills you could do variety of jobs like writing in web,editor,management side and so on without leaving your present job.
