I think USER_OBJECTS wont give you about indexes .I think its either USER_CONSTRAINTS or ALL_CONSTRAINTS.

User_Index and user_Constraints

Index information in : user_indexes

Constraint information in : user_constraints and user_cons_columns

These answers are probably all correct---if it's SQLServer or Sybase. I don't think the DBMS was identified and for sure the data dictionary/relational catalog/system tables are not standard in naming or contents.

For instance in DB2 it's SYSIBM.SYSINDEXES and SYSIBM.SYSFOREIGNKEYS that holds what is being asked.
