It's not to change from a develpment side to testing side..

though testing is also good,but working in development side is

more good.....

Hi,

If you would ask me then I should tell you that being a software developer try to learn the testing methodologies and concepts and try to get indulged in testing activites like design some test cases thinking from a software tester perspective and then execute them on the module for which you have coded, or you can take up modules which have been coded by others also. Its very good to have experience in both the fields development and testing, which is the most sought for. So don't change your career from development to testing, rather try to add testing skills to your skill set

behalf of Ravikantha Gowd H i am not satisfeid beacuse testing feied is growing fast but devloper feild will remain forever and devloper experience is best known in market and you are doing with microsoft technologies in case you are not satiesfying with ur salery quit up with it and go other company then check your self where u are today.
