Can anyone please tell me the exact difference b/w Rational Functional Tester and Rational Robot. What i think is that RFT is more advanced then Robot.Am i right? What i am trying to do is to create an association b/w datapool and verification point baseline in order to implement dynamic verification points in which baseline values changes with each datapool iteration and we dont have to change them manually. but i haven\'t been successful till now.we have done something similar using RFT but unable to do it using Robot. Is it possible to do it with Robot? If it then how should we do it? can anyone provide us with the similar kind of coding, its very important, plz help!!!

Hi

If you are testing a Java, .NET, Web, or browser-based application RFT (Rational Functional Testger) is the right tool.

If you are testing Visual Basic, C++, or other Windows 32-bit applications, (RFT) Rational Functional Tester is not the tool for you, you can use Rational Robot.

Thanks,

Mujeeb
