hi

filters are used in testdirector to select a specific type of tests or defects,means if u give filter according to column "assigned to" and if u give mr X then all defects assigned to mrX are displayed.

filters are used to filtering the 'tracking defects' and 'running tests'...and we can easily and fastly find out defects and running test from our queries.....
