-For defect tracking BugZilla, Test Runner are availalbe

The tools that you need for testing totally depends on your needs whether you are performing white box or black box testing.  Also in black box testing, it depends on the type of application, like some tools support WPF and some tools do not.  And also you need to check if you need to perform functional testing, load or stress testing of your application.  Based on your needs you can search for the right tools, and get a trial version to test your software before purchasing the tool.
