Sinc there are 10 sec betwn 11 hrs(11 hrs = 10 intervals), 1 sec is betwn 2 hrs.. so they meet after 2 hrs.

The clock strikes 1 sec for each intreval......tat means.....

if it is goin to strike for 10 sec.....it will be 11(am or pm)....

11 hrs after clock strikes for 10 sec means....11 hrs after 11

tat ia after 22 hrs

I guess......AM I RIGHT?
