1min=60sec, so 1min 27 secs is=60+27=87
then 1 month=30days

now,       30days=87secs late
                1day   =   ?  x

      x  = (87*1)/30=2.9 secs

  Ans: 2.9 secs per day it will be late.

Not the answer but I remember somewhere from astronomy this 1 minute 27 seconds was how much either days get shorter or longer every day or something to do with the moonrise in the same manner.

1.27 need to convert in Second = 87 Second.
87 Second/Month = with different-2, ans according to Month
If month is 31 Days = 2.80 Second.
If month is 30 Days = 2.90 Second.
If month is 28 Days = 3.10 Second.
If month is 29 Days = 3.00 Second.
