Can anyone please explain the impact of not meeting SLA on overall business. This question is in relation to BPO sector. Thanks for your help.

Not Meeting SLA - can direct impact project Health factor (Time Cost and Score).

sometime stakeholder can also penalize vendor to not following SLA, that can be in turns of Money or non billable Work Load.
In SLA all those penalty must be include in project initiation Phase.
