How can elasticity of ductile material be double as brittle material?

Molecular structure of ductile & brittle materials are different. Elasticity of both the cases can be well understood by tension/compression test, as you can notice ductile materials will yield & brittle will break.
Stress release in ductile is good in ductile.

Impeller has blades in which the blade angle can be varied.
propeller has fixed blade angles.
