What is the purpose of App_code folder in ASP.NET 2.0?

I've class files from outside the app_code directory .. you have given the answer without store class files inside the app_code directory cant create dll while runtime..i can access my class file from our site or not also while runtime dll will create for my class file or will not create

It is possible that the statistics have changed since a stored procedure was compiled and thus may be executing a less the optimal executionplan, thus it may run slower.

Yes.There can be multiple web.config files in an ASP.NET application but they should be in the different folders.For the entire application there can be only one main Web.Config.If you assign membership and roles to an application you can see a specific web.config will get created for the folder.

web.config can be in each folder.folder level has highest priority.the main web.config can be over loaded by folder level web.config and machin.config is over loaded by main web.config.the main web.config is at solution level.

it is something like if we had not defined the web.config the application will take the settings from the machine.config.
the machine.config settings are overide by the web.config if u define the web.config for each running appln
