- team I work with
- Great manager who believes in mentoring TMs and helping them to achieve their goals. Manager who trusts and gives me flexibility to get creative.
- Salary and benefits that rewards my creativity.
- Flexible hours; work from home facility.

For me job satisfaction is obtained by performing your job description to the best of your ability. Once you are equipped with the knowledge needed, it's all gravy!
