BRD stands for Business Requirement Document. SRS stands for Software Requirement Specification. The difference between BRD and SRS is: BRD is like requirement you will get from the client/customer. That is: Customer Relationship Specifications. The requirements will be in business language, so we can call the CRS as BRD.. SRS is: Developer goes through with the BRD/CRS and creates flow chart/control for the same. So that, all the team members can understand within a stipulated time.

Thanks.
