To put into perspective, its like asking whats involved with testing a vehicle. Yes, you mentioned vehicle but it is trucks, cars, transportation vehicles which of these? Depending on the vehicle type, your testing methods will vary - agree? I see you nodding, good!

Insurance is a broad term used to describe financial protection provided by a company in exchange periodical payments of smaller amounts. There are various types of insurance companies that deal with different types of damages - property, shipping, health, commercial/individual vehicle, Ship and large vessel to name a few. Which of these are you referring to? Depending on the type, testing including domain testing varies.
