How do you implement row level security and where do you implement?

It is a means of restricting the row and limiting the results returned by the
query. As a result displaying information relevant to a user based on criteria’s
such as Role/Location etc.
A Classic example is Employes of a particular country say France or India have
access to only data of their respective country. At the same time a power user
like the CEO of a company has access to data of all countries.

we can implement at universe level Tools -> Manage Security -> add query at "row" Tab -> add users to restrict

Row level security is used to restrict the desired no of rows to desired no of users,means if you want hide some rows for particular user then we used this option

steps:Goto universe designer tool->tools->manage security->manage access securities->select rows tab->

select required table and make the condition->select add users/groups->select particular users/groups
then click on apply
