The word MIS means Management Information System it is an comprehensive statement differs from Industry to Indsutry or Organisation to Oraganaisation in general contex Montlhy MIS of any concern aims at activities taken in a month(duration differs from organisation to organisation) and impacts of the activites

In case of Form 16A
this is related to Tax gnerally every organisation will deduct TDS (Tax deducted at Source) on various payments made to different sectors like Vendors ,service providers etc from time after deducting TDS this TDS will be deposited with Govt within the 7 days of the next preceding month after that with Deduction and Deposit details a form will be issued i.e Form 16A
