SRS - Software Requirement Specifications - to baseline the functional and non functional requirements of the software to be developed.

PDR - Preliminary Design Review - depending on this review the software documents or developed software are offcially realesed.

Lekha253 it may be preliminary Development Recquirement. But it is Project Developemnt Recquirement
can u differentiate this

PDR document is a document which is made by developing organization to give a shedule to manage project while SRS is totaly based on client's requirment what he needs

SRS - System Requirement Specification
It is the document which describes the high level product requirement.

PDR - Product development Roadmap
It describes the phases and schedules of product under development.
