From BPO to DBA (IT)

Iam B.Com,MCA graduate. I have 9 years experience in Accounts line. I have completed my Oracle DBA course last month. Currently Iam working in BPO which is MNC and they are in SAP based company and little to do with Oracle.
I have a couple of questions to be asked.
1. How can I make career prospects in the company which I am currently working.
2. Since Iam fresher in Oracle and the company will be asking for experience how can I equip myself to that level.
3. If iam searching a job in Oracle DBA outside people are telling that to provide false certificates. But Iam not interested in providing false certificates which I know very clearly I will get caught one day or other. People say that even if you provide false certificates and you know anyone working in that company then you are safe.
4. The other option which people say if you do not want to show false certificates then get a job in a small and medium company and start growing from there. But I don't know which are small and medium companies especially in IT.

Please help me how can I go from this stage and settle in my Carree.
