What are the differences between IIS 5.0 and IIS 6.0?

Some differences are
1.IIS 0.5 uses operating system with 32 bit architecture where as IIS 0.6 uses 32bit and 64 bit architecture.
2.IIS 0.5 has binary metebase configuration but IIS 0.6 has XML configuration.
3.IIS clustering provides cluster support in IIS 0.5,in IIS 0.6 windows support the clusters.
4.The platform used by IIS 0.5 is windows 2000 where as IIS 0.6 uses Windows Server 2003 family.
