Spool process is used for printing purpose for example printing pay slips, printing invoices, printing purchase order etc.

Most of the spool requests are scheduled in back ground jobs because they are time consuming or expensive jobs, BTC jobs are sched in
T-Code sm36.
Spool monitoring is done by T-Code sp01.
