Firstly, you have to arrange the excel file in same manner as was the table.
i.e., first column data in excel file should be of first column in the table and also remember the data in
Excel
file should not exceed the field length.

Secondly, open the
SQL loader and login.
after login you select the schema name and the table name in which you want to insert data.
after that you click on upload button
data will get uploaded in few seconds.
Note: If your table is having primary key then do take care of duplicate records in excel file otherwise it will prompt an error..
