Correct, Nal and Neel are the only ones who threw the stone. The reason being they were cursed by a wise sage to have everything they threw into the water float. However, Hanuman did incribe Ram's (Rama's) name onto each stone during the construction of the bridge. With the help of Lord Shive and the Ocean god and the religious merite of Ram, the bridge was completed in 5 Days.
