Sometimes when there are conflicting scenarios between technical team and the users, in the time of submission of deliverables a project manager should propvide a helping hand to BA to have smooth relation as sometimes users dont directly talk to the BAs. At difficult times project managers should be little considerate when requirements change midway etc..
